Shipping FAQ
***Due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be some interruptions and delays with shipping***
Standard shipping times: 10-20 Days
Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, delivery to some countries is currently unavailable. We do not send to the OFAC sanctions countries list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Ivory Coast (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.
Some distant areas may take a little longer.
• Delivery dates provided are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch of an order for shipping, taking transit time into account.
• Deliveries may take longer than expected due to an incorrect delivery address, bad weather, strict customs clearance procedures or any other unavoidable circumstances.
• Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment is processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at checkout. After email confirmation is sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time can take 1 to 4 business days *. Processing includes checking, packaging and sending orders to the post office. After all of these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you by email.
• If you place your order after 11:45 am on Friday or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
PAYMENT ORDER
All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
Separate shipments When you order multiple items at a time, they can be shipped separately, so you can get there faster. Due to the warehouse location and product availability, items can be shipped in separate shipments. You can receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as soon as possible. In that case, you will receive two or more tracking numbers.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept a 12-hour notice to cancel an order or update any changes, such as quantity, color, size or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We are available 24/7 at customersupport@littledarling.store
Please note that any requests received after the 12 hour period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Order changes cannot be made after they have been processed.
We will still do our best to suspend or cancel your order after a period of 12 hours, but without warranty.
